At The Dugout Bow Co., every bow is handmade with care. We want you to love your order, but if there’s ever an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Custom or personalized bows are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@thedugoutbowco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions for mailing your item back.
